Dear Mr. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., I am Angel Punio from Zone 1 Bantay I. Sur and I want to write this to inform you of my concerns as an Ilocos Sur National High School student. Now that you are the former president of the Philippines, I want you to keep our country strong and resilient at all times.
We live in a troubled country, with children on the streets
begging for food, overflowing garbage cans, and a dirty environment. Several
societal problems have impacted many people around the world and our country
the Philippines. We Filipinos are prone to problems, and we prefer to overcome
them through togetherness, although not always. And this is what I mean: lead
our country by teaching our people to assist others to help our country
accomplish its aspirations and aid our countrymen who are trying the
improvement of our country.
Most Filipinos have trust in you, and I hope that you will
not let them down. Show us that you can lead the country and envision its
improvement.
Respectfully yours,
Angel V. Punio
